They were very common products from a whole range of fetish costume producers from Libidex to DeMask to JT Stockroom to H W design shop among the more well-known custom fetish costume makers. They cost too much now for the general consumer. A "balloon gimp" suit like this will set you back about 500 easily.
This one was produced by Zak's WhiplashUSA (now defunct) which made all the main suits for the original Gwen Media.
